The shiny glass tower makes you think that this might be a fresh, clean new hotel like the genuinely excellent Kempton in the same street. It isn't. “damp and drab rooms”

The basic rooms are very basic but are what one would expect for the price . The suites are awful , especially the ones with carpets.
