Need to improve the reception services, arrangements for rooms booked through SMS is a complete sham, room interiors are fine and food is good. Must accept credit/debit cards, cash is too much of a hassle for a traveller.

Hotel reception ask full payment of tariff before allotting room. No credit card facility. Payment for each day to pay in advance. Only advantage is hotel is near Howrah Rly Station. Some time even booking on phone or SMS they do not reserve the room.

Its a decent/average place to stay. Very near to Howrah station. Staff is co-operative. Food is good. The only drawback is the smell of alcohol/booze that emits from the bar/hotel in the basement. Suggest rooms on the higher floor. Avoid 1st floor. Value for money.

One of the worst experience of the hotel from 17 july till 20th july 2012. Room 218 .The customer is asked to deposit every time rs 2000 if he exceeds the bill. Breakfast was cancelled by me as it was 50 mins late, tea came after 30 mins late

We stayed here for 3 days, and i feel the rates are genuine and the most important thing is that the restaurant is open for room service for 24 hrs. thats nice for a busy traveller. the food quality was also good. and the rates are genuine. The rooms are specious too.

stayed there for a night..this hotel is very near to howrah station. Old property, good rooms and clean. services are okay and foods are good. Okay option if you wanto stay very near to railway station. i will suggess this hotel for business travellers only.
