The hotel is in the heart of the city and convenient for somebody on a short business trip. All types of transport options are available from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Variety of food options are available and tasty also. A good budget hotel.

I use this hotel regularly during my chennai trips, last been on 31st Aug.2012. It is a nice hotel in City center. Opposite to Ambassdor Pallava hotel. Location and surrounding are very good. Rooms are good with all facilities. Breakfast is good. There are good chhetinad food restaurant with buffet is available. Staff are co-operative.

stayed in for 3 days and found reasonably good. Very convenient location. Food is average. Room service takes long time. Cleanliness needs improvement. Need to wait 15 mins prior getting into the room. Seems like the rooms are being cleaned only after the guests arrive. Overall not a pleasant experience to cherish.
