We have no idea whether the management had a proper knowledge to how run a hotel. There is no service at a single point at all. no lock,no towel hanging,no bath stool,no hot water in bathroom, the A/c was uncondition, no proper ventilation and they wont ready to provide a even a bottle of drinking water also and very shocking... Horrible service. No professionalism, not clean. They charge more only for the location. Lifts dont work if there is a power cut. No printed bill given for my stay for good not nothing reason. Toilet seats broken, bad smell in the bath room. no proper ventilation. No value for money

I had some work for a day in teynempet area and wanted to take hotel with comfort and good food. selected one deluxe room ,charges was 1900 per night. Location was excellent with good communication to rest of the city.food was average,had very comfortable sleep ..staff was ok.
