There is nothing positive that I can articulate; thanks to such nightmarish experience across all the touchpoints....have provided some tips for the fellow passengers who may wish to take advantage of. sincerely hope by now hotel administration has taken cognizance of the other feedbacks as well to truly improve the service quality.

Whoa reading the previous reviews i felt that that i should put in my own experience with this hotel.On the site it seems like theres no place like this.However it is far from reality.Stayed over for 2 days in this place.Had made a prior reservation and was told that a double room is available.Go there and find out that they... The rates are high for a small 2 bed room, bathroom clogged up pretty fast, noise airconds, friendly faces thou near to Pelita is a good taste of Malaysian food, near to pondy bazaar and t-nagar.... will stay again as its a quick access for shoppers
