The hotel is very nice but the only negative comment I would have is that you cannot open the window in the rooms. The swimming pool is a delight and so warm :) The staff cannot do enough for you and are so very helpful. The Italian restaurant has an amazing food (their mushroom soup is to die for!)

The Hyatt is a newer hotel in Chennai and the staff and hotel seem to still be learning. Construction was on-going on upper floors.
