Staying at the Mars Hotel in Chennai was a sad experience. Rooms were unclean though the exterior looked okay. Service was poor and breakfast left a lot to be desired. Its main advantage was its proximity to the airport. A dro to the airport was a saving grace. Unfortunately it was overpriced too.

Each and every year I spent two nights here. The transit hotel is very good importent for all passenger. When We entried to the room we get a small basket of Fruits and drinks. They provided free breakfast and next morning transfer to the Airport.

I reached the Chennai Airport at 10.30 pm in night but I found its vehicle waiting for me outside the airport.That was really a warm service by the hotel.

I stayed in Mars Hotel, Chennai for 2 days. I feel that the location is awful and it is too much in the interior. Also the rooms are awful and does not justify full moneys worth. the staff not so coutious. So, my advice is that pls stay here only if there is no other choice available.
