I stayed in this hotel with my family for five days. Other than just the location factor, everything else is just okay. Food is quite expensive and not worthy also. Though staff were polite, they need to be trained on service quality.

Looks like good hotel 10 years back but not any more... looks great from outside but not from inside. Poor cleanliness, maintenance yet cost you high! It could be a good place if absolute cleanliness is not your expectation and should be very near to railway station!

The hotel is located conveniently close to the railway station, this makes it easy to catch early morning or late night trains. The hotel staff were polite, rooms ok but the washroom cleanliness was disappointing.

One centrally air-conditioned hotel which is visible from Chennai Central railway station. On two occasions we stayed in rooms with a master bed for 3. Both rooms were spacious, clean, tidy and well furnished. The room rent includes breakfast (mostly South Indian preparation) for two. Room was too small. The television was so close that it caused head ache. Couldn't control the cooling of the room and more over A/C was not working for 2hours due to power cut. Not worth of money.....

This is a very Average Hotel. Check in take time as well as staff is not very Courteous. Only for some time hot water will come & there is no connection for hot water in wash basin. Hi, I booked this hotel as it was classified as 4 star hotel. The moment i entered the hotel I was shocked to see the room set up (too small and untidy).
