It's like walking into a museum, the rooms are large airy and very quirky, u lock the bedroom door with a padlock, waiters look grumpy but are very helpful, and they make the best tomato sandwiches, unfortunately the pool wasn't in use for our visit which was a pain because it was so hot, would definitely use this hotel again

The Palace must once have been a magnificent home and the intact living areas showcase the memorabilia of those long lost times. Loved this hotel. Certainly unique and I would stay again if I was to visit another time. Every room is different and our room was amazing. Lovely large room with a 4 poster bed. Big bathroom but sadly always had a cold shower! The staff were all great and very attentive. Breakfast was basic but dinner was tasty.
