I was lucky, and fortunate, to choose Suman as my cooking teacher for close to a week of my Indian vacation in December, 2012. As a bonus I had the pleasure of staying in the Minglani home during my education. A great, inspiring, and educational, part of my visit, and I recommend other " foodies" to do the same..

When I was in Jaipur in 2010 my Hindi lessons took place in this wonderful house that seems like a spot of paradise as it is embedded in a profusion of blooming flowers which are being grown and sold there in the Pushpawali. My Hindi teacher Suman and her husband, tour operator Sanjeev Minglani (who is, by the way, fluent... More

I attended hindi classes here, staying with this lovely family. The house is beautiful and very clean. My room was big and every comfort was provided. The food was delicious. Suman, my teacher, is a great cook! She was very patient and helpful during my hindi learning. We went to the cinema together, with their lovely daughter Ria too, and... More

The hospitality at Indo Home Stay was amazing. The hosts, Sanjeex, Suman and Ria are warm and accommodating; I felt like a member of the family. The room was lovely, with a private bath, television and wireless Internet access. Everything about this stay was 100% above and beyond my expectations.

I stayed here for a week while I took cooking classes. It was a lovely experience. The Putela family was very pleasant company, and the meals and conversations were both a nice experience. Mrs. Putela knew that I wanted to practice cooking, and let me make Dal in her kitchen one night- she even just laughed when I burned the... More

Hindi classes: Suman is a very diligent teacher. A good mixture of grammar, vocabulary and communication practice for beginners level. As well there was a lot of information about Indian culture and society that I found quite interesting. The teacher was patient and always ready to give explanations and do further practice. Home stay: The Putelas are a very nice... More

In 2006 I booked a trip to India through IndoTravel. The trip included a car and driver to take us to visit Agra and Jaipur with a homestay and cooking lessons for a week. My then partner decided that I shouldn't travel alone so we married and two just-over-60's went off to India. Our car and driver were excellent and... More

I took a Hindi course and stayed with a wonderful little family in Jaipur. Suman is a very good, patient teacher and Sanjeev is a hard-working man who really delivers what he promises - and then some! They took me everywhere with them and we celebrated the kite festival with their relatives so I never felt alone. I strongly recommend... More
