the Hotel just have name as Hotel Ghoonghat Palace but there is nothing so called palace like feel, except few painting thrown away on the walls and Rajasthani styled furniture which looked in Dilapidated situation.
Rooms were not too great and toilets was not up to mark, we were really annoyed by the service as it took them 40 mins...

This hotel has a very fancy website, but the reality is nowhere close to that. We booked the hotel in Agra at a travel agency called "Travel Safe", in Fatehabad Road. Mr. Dinesh highly recommended this hotel he claimed working with for years and promised that no complaints were ever made.
Were we surprized when we arrived there...!
