The best thing about this hotel is its location, its very near to the CST station. The rooms were small but were very well maintained. The bathrooms were cleaned regularly and was very hygeinic. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast which was quite good though the menu was same everyday. The reception was very helpful and they even arrange local sightseeing tours... More

Its a good hotel when you are sort in budget. rooms are not big enough but its clean. service is good. Staffs are well behaved. My room Has no window and that is a disadvantage. but i recommended this hotel for solo, or couples for a sort trip.

This hotel has got to be by far the worst hotel we have stayed. It was our first time in india so we paid extra for a transfer from the airport to our hotel to avoid any hassle. When we arrived we waited for nearly an hour at the airport and then decided to get in a taxi which costs... More

Worst. Experience. Ever. I've been in India for 6 weeks now, and this is BY FAR the WORST hotel I've ever seen. In fact, of the 52 countries I've been to, this is the worst lodging I've ever experienced. The room had the size/smell/feeling in a jail cell. It was small, musty, smelled like smoke and mildew -- I could... More

There are two things good about the hotel, its relatively cheaper and near to CST station (you can practically walk down). Nothing else from very small rooms, non-exsistent room service a below average restauarant is good about this hotel. Recommend only for those who are on a tight budget and are in for a very brief period (making little sense... More

This hotel is located very close to CST and gateway of India. I contacted these guys by phone a week before and confirmed a dormitory room. But when we went there, these guys pretended that they didn't received any call from me and told me that dorm room is not available. Finally they offered some small rooms. The lobby, rooms... More

The hotel is apparently good but the room service is not so good. Room is not so specious and airy but ok for staying for 1/2 days. Many Bengali people are stay there. The Gate way of India is very near by.

This is the worst hotel ever. I had to cancel at the last minute, and it has been more than two months now, and they have not yet given my money back. I had to call the management a number of times and the responses included, the accounts department guy is not available, or he is ill, or the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel in January 2012 and decided to return this year with the philosophy that its better the devil you know than the devil you don’t. We booked a deluxe executive room for three nights paying in advance with Hotelsone.com. The welcome was warm and friendly from the receptionist on duty in the early hours Thursday morning... More
