I didnt find any flaw in the hotel which was being mentioned in the several reviews by other guests. It is a property located at a very central place near to airport, thereby making you convienient to reach anywhere in this dangerous city of traffic. Actually, it is not a budget hotel, it is a best business hotel if you... More

Already stayed several times at this hotel, typically for one night, and was never dissatisfied. The rooms are nice and spacy, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel serves a decent breakfast down in the coffee shop (lobby level) , although nothing real exciting Staff at the reception is friendly. Got a couple of good restaurants and is centrally located... More

Sorry I can't say anything helpful about this hotel. I stayed here for one night after arriving late into Mumbai with no accommodation arrangements. Rooms go for around the Rs 5000 mark, which is a lot for what you get - a somewhat clean and somewhat quiet, but also somewhat smelly hotel with whose proclaimed 4* ranking I feel a... More

Stayed here for a night. Several power outages during the day & night, with no generator back up. The hotel corridors were pitch dark even during day light hours and the candles arrived a couple of hours later. The shower faucets were fancy but very complicated to operate (no instructions anywhere). The glass doors in the shower cubicles would not... More

We stayed for 5 days during March 2012 and the stay was comfortable. The rooms are neatly maintained and the service is very good and impressed by the immediate responsiveness. The staff are friendly and check in/out are without any hassle. The breakfast at Carafe restaurant is very good and we have tried Vividh....

I found this hotel based on reviews online. Good location and very close to the airport. Helpful staff. However during my period of stay there we had a power outage for 4-5 hrs. None - Lifts, Internet, etc. worked and i was surprised that there was no back-up. The Internet connection the next day was waived because of the same.

We stayed for six to seven days between December and this February. During of our stay we realised that this hotel was geared towards the local business clientele. They really could not give a stuff about individual customers. Individual customers to them is a minor player in whole scheme of things. When we inquired about use of internet we were... More

The hotel transfer service offered by the Peninsula Grand hotel is fantastic. Both times on arrival in Mumbai we were met by the driver. The service was part of the room rate and is reliable and well organised. We were allowed to check-in early (08:30) and again were upgraded to a suite. Also, because were were leaving at 02:00am the... More

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. The loby was full of Mosquitos. Although it look clean when u first went in underneath it was not. The rooms were a good size but the bathroom taps were loose n the hair dryer sounded like it was going to take off! The beds n side units were poorly made. The... More
