Having experienced a huge range of hotels in India, this has to be my favorite. It's a proper boutique hotel with the most amazing rooms. Every room is different with fantastic art, in every corner. The beds are a work of art, the desks are a work of art, the chairs are a work of art, the showers are a... More

Dear Sir, Just grazing through the excellent review that you have penned for us... made me feel proud about the entire Le Sutra team. That was simply because we have now started achieving what we had set out to attain...turning out guests into regular patrons !!! I have conveyed your special note of appreciation to Amy ( my star team... More

Tis was my third stay at the Le Sutra Hotel. This place is practically a home away from home for me. On this particular trip, I got sick and had high temperature. From staff doctor visits to runs to the pharmacy at midnight to replenish my supplies...they took care of me in a way that reminded me of mom. I... More

I have been looking for a good base in Bombay that is not an international 5 star for a while and Le Sutra didn't disappoint. I loved the individual style of the rooms and the care that had gone into their design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure you ask for a courtyard facing room or take... More

Though you didnt want a 5 star International chain hotel as your mumbai base, I am sure that you would have had set high standards for the property you would eventually choose. We are indeed glad to know that you feel us worthy of the same. The individually themed rooms are our USP and guests normally insist on staying in... More

Le Sutra is a very nice hotel in Mumbai. The rooms are quite lovely and I thought the bathroom was terrific. It 's a pity the bathrooms are not up on the web as well. The staff are very helpful and friendly and make an extra effort all the time. Mumbai is not over supplied with nice hotels so this... More

Two nights spent at the end of a business-related week in Mumbai. The hotel is certainly a quirky and fun place, and the friendlyness of the service is remarkable. The concept and "theme" of the hotel also contrasted interestingly with the "international" blandness of the 5* where I'd been staying before. As all rooms seem to be the same price,... More

I specifically selected this hotel given the great reviews on tripadvisor and I wasn't disappointed with the hotel. The stand out aspect of the hotel was the friendly and efficient service from staff who made me feel very welcome. Great location near the Bandra area which has lots of shopping, cages and bars.

Tripadvisor reviewers have generally found our hotel really worth raving about.. and I am indebted to them for the same. Had we not scored highly on their reviews.. probably you wouldn't have zeroed in on us for your stay at Mumbai. But the icing on the cake is ...you feeling that we do live up to the hype created and... More

Delightful guests like you really make us feel proud of our efforts in creating a product which we felt would provide the discerning traveller something unique.. We were in the Kathak Room which from looking at the other TA reviews must have been a small one and it overlooks the street. I am indeed very disturbed to note that you were unhappy with the sleep quotient of your stay. It is very important that the requirement of sleep quality is addressed at the very basic level. Though we would not be having a control on the road traffic noise being created, I ensure that we shall do a proper acoustic study... More
