Picked up at international airport by Hotel in the early hours of the morning. Air conditioning was quite noisy in our room but we still slept well. Breakfast was brought to the room. Hotel dropped us off at domestic airport with plenty time to spare. Great service but average room.

Small rooms and the mattresses are hard. The rooms are clean but the hotel is a bit older and has some wear and tear. Very close to the airport and the shuttle picked up on time. Also right next to the train station which can be a bit noisy.

Visited this property on Feb 10, 2013. Hotel has decent rooms. It is close to Airport and provides a drop service to Airport. It is also close to Juhu Beach, if one wants to have a quick Pav Bhaji. Overall decent service.

Room is clean. 3-minutes walking distance from Santacruz rly. stn. Breakfast & dinner service available in room only. Staffs are of good attitude. Washroom is spacious & clean. Front rooms are ventilated. Domestic Airport is only 3.5 km away. Airport drop facility is available.

just good as guest house. it is just comfortable only if you want to stay overnight and catch a flight in the morning...hotel gives complimentary pick up and drop.....breakfast is served in room...no reataurant available. but you can walk around the hotel to feel the life of mumbai

I had to get somewhere to stay for a few hours whilst waiting for a late night plane, so I didn't actually stay the night. The room including the bathroom was very clean, however it was quite small. The hotel is clean and offer free pickup and drop-off at the airport. It is close to the airport and far from the city center, but is easy to take the local train downtown (travel outside rush hour on first class is quite comfortable). The hotel is unfortunately quite noisy so bring your earplugs.
