When I arrived at the hotel, a young lady was waiting for me in the lobby, she showed me to my room, asked me to sign a form and she disappeared.

I was quite looking forward to staying here but there were several disappointments,
-No free hotel shuttle to/from airport even though only 5 mins away
-breakfast buffet disappointing and rushed.10 mins after arriving at 0940 told it was closing.
-internet very expensive by today standards when most hotels are FOC
-Absolutely no shops or other restaurant options etc nearby

We always stay here en route in and out of Goa because the international flight times are so horrendous and we don't want to hang around Bombay airport for hours with a small child. It's a good pit stop and we have used it this way about 5 times over the years.
