I am a Member of this Hotel for quite some time and it indeed is a pleasure to come to this Hotel. WE just need reasons to come and stay in this Hotel and to eat in their restaurants. This is a superb property to dine and relax. I do not want to check-out of here but have to attend... More

Staying at this hotel for the second time. Managed to convince the front desk to give me a lake facing room which made the stay worthwhile. Rooms are efficient and comfortable. Restaurant service was below par in all 3 restaurants which I went to. Staff in restaurant did not seem very competent and at times completely ignored specific requests made.... More

Had another wonderful stay here in April. Chinese and Italian restaurant were both excellent. My room had a fabulous view overlooking the lake. The room was very spacious and luxurious, along with a massive bath and separate walk in shower. Staff are extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. The location is great as with the Lake position you are set away... More

Required more than usual wait for checkin and checkout. Staff looks tired. Room was confirmed as King bed and allocated with Queen bed on arrival. Door in joint room is practically there only for avoiding visual view, even conversations in low voice are audiable on the other side. Very disturbing while trying to sleep. Old construction and issues related to... More

I just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I found the hotel to be very clean and upscale. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. The room looked exactly like a nice US hotel room. The breakfast was great with many, many options. There is a nice view of the lake, a VERY nice hotel fitness center... More

Stayed here 11 days and was treated exceptionally well. Very comfortable room and bed in the old wing. Room showing this wing's age though. Not far from the airport. Food in cafe was excellent, but service was a little slow. The grounds were nice, beautiful flowers. Gym was very nice and updated. More

We stayed for a conference, for 5 nights in April 2012. The room was lake facing, with a great view. Large and spacious, comfortable bed. Food is not great - we tried the coffee shop, and were disappointed. The conference food was poor - taste and variety. Service was mixed - the GRE, a lady named Preeti, was exceptionally good,... The hotel is located about 30 minutes from the airport by private bus. Security seems good upon entering the hotel and a true effort in security is being made. The hotel is located inside area where there really is nothing else today. There is a temple and a few restaurants near. There are taxis and tuk tuk waiting outside the... More
