This hotel was handy location for my Dental Visits and had deep comfortable beds and a very efficient young lady working on the customer relations desk. The room cleaning staff were excellent and cleaned and changed sheets and towels ever time I left the card on the door. That's where the good ends. Expensive for what it is. Argumentative Reception... More

A very good choice for people wanting a decent stay within Khar and Bandra Suburbs in Mumbai. It is a city centric hotel at a walking distance to the famous linking road at Khar. The restaurant and the food is very good. Morning breakfast was also good. I have used this hotel for my 2 back to back stays although... More

Location is amazing in Bandra. Vibrant and safe place in Mumbai. My only tip for Tuc tuc or taxi drivers to find the place , tell them it is next to ' the Telephone exchange' it is a famous building close to there. It is a small but beautiful hotel. They picked us up at the airport for free. The... More

This hotel, even though only rated as 3*, surpassed its rating in hospitality. Not only are the staff all very sufficiently accommodating, the rooms are clean, modern and reasonable in size. It is perfectly located for shopping in the Santa Cruz , Bandra and Linking Road areas. For those devotees of the Ramakrishna Math and Mission, in Khar, it is... More

Stayed there for a few nights Here is my review: 1) The Hotel offers a complimentary pickup from Airport, on arrival the driver and car and someone else was waiting for me outside the terminal and we got to the hotel in around 50mins from airport (mainly due to it being peak time and the traffic being horrendous) but nice... We stayed at the oriental for a week this past March. The location is very convenient as it is minutes away from all the major shoppng areas in Mumbai. Staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help. The rooms are small but well appointed. Room service was great. The airport shuttle was prompt and most reliable. All the staff... More

The hotel by itself and some of their staff are good but there are some problems with some of the receptionists and particularly the hotel's technical details. When I reached here on a business trip, the Internet was not working. My company does not issue data-cards so I so my travel department had booked a hotel that provided Wi-Fi Internet.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights during a family wedding and was given a room on the 5th floor. The hotel was clean and staff good. The room is an ok size and i had no problems. The bathroom was clean and the shower hot and powerful. If i was to have one issue it was that my room was... More

We stayed there for 3 weeks and enjoyed the various aspects of it. A little on the steeper side of the room rate compared to hotels in this category (internationally comparing) but other than that it was charming in all other aspects. It's biggest plus is the staff...from reception, to breakfast buffet/SOUL restaurant, to house-keeping, and all. They try hard... More

A good place to stay, on business travel as the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The rooms are small so a but congested to move around. but all the basic amenities are available and well taken care of. The food is good and they had a decently good spread for the breakfast.
