Good, clean rooms with friendly staff. Toilets were clean and beds were comfortable. Worked well for me, as I had work in Powai and this was easily accessible.
In terms of negatives, the quality and presentation of breakfast can surely improve. At the time i visited, the neighborhood was full of construction sites, which made for bad views and noise.

Stayed at Oritel on 4-5th Nov 2009. The aparment is very good. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The food was good as well as the amenities. They charged us on per head per night basis. The service was good and the complimentary breakfast was nice too.

located very close to powai lake, the serviced apartments are clean, and really spacious by mumbai standards.
i had a suite to myself- great considering i was on my own
room service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to summon an auto whenever i needed it .
