We have been there for three days, but its was not at all pleasant experience.
Hotel is at 3rd floor and lifts were not working, also in the rooms, old style AC making lot of noise, and room is not also such good.
Staff was bit professional, but not upto the mark as per the cost.

Not the easiest place to find (just remember the Lamington Road bit!), but don't be put off on arrival. The ride up to the 5th floor in the manned lift is an experience in itself. The rooms are clean, well maintained and a good size with adequate bathroom, and the reception/staff are helpful and civil. Probably not where you would...

Hotel is located in a quite poor residential area, good bit out from city attractions. Easy enough to get auto rickshaws in to town, from 60-100 rupees. Hotel takes up the 5th floor of a residential block, which is a bit bizarre at first. There is a manned lift though!
