I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. With trip advisor I was able to pick this out through a friend recommendation. The hotel exceeded all of my expectations was very nice made me feel at home despite being thousands of miles being away from home. I highly recommend this to anyone wishing to visit Mumbai.

The hotel is at a good location. not so near to the airport. Food is average...ambience is not so lavish. I would suggest to skip this hotel if you are willing to pay a bit more then stay in Westin which is very near to this hotel.

Ordinary breakfast spread, decent size room, no dental kits etc (was told that I need to order them separately). Bad experience with food delivery - things mentioned in the veg combo were not there and had to re- order. Service was so poor that no one even came to pick the dishes inspite of reminding. Not a hearty experience.
