We stayed at the Shimla YMCA for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. Our room was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and we had a little private sitting area ( the bathroom was clean, although very basic .the food excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

We usually stay here when we visit Shimla. Several years ago they improved their facility. It was painted, new mattresses in the rooms, the bathrooms were redone. Had a very good hot shower there and a good sleep.
