It was a horrible experience. The bed sheets were not clean, towels were not provided, even toilet and bathroom were not clean. Geyser was not working and food was horrible. I would say it was waste of money. I wont ever go back to such a hotel for sure

It's really a nice hotel and my stay was very comfortable. Food, hospitality & even the location were amazing as it's situated in the centre of the town. And very near the mall. They should add pick-up & drop facility from station & airport. I enjoyed my holiday and it was completely worth the money.

It is a budget hotel. Services were quick and efficient. Room was nice and cleanliness was good. Running water was a problem and available only once in a day. Rest of the time we used to ask for water and they used to provide it in buckets. Location was far from the railway station.

The hotel is situated in a residential area, close to mall road which is most beautifull place in Shimla. For going to hotel you need to walk a lot or take good no of stairs.It is a budget hotel in range of around 1000 rs. The attitude of ppl there is very gentle. THe rooms are just ok .
