It was really a nighmare at the Centaur IGI Airport where the cancelled AI fight passengers were dumped a few days back. Very very poor reception giving a impression that you a beggar. rooms were not cleaned for ages. No hot water in dirty toilets. The hotel need be taken care of so that visitors go with better experience

I thought being a Govet hotel, this would be the best one as it's near IGI airport. My hopes were shattered when I visited this hotel. Poor staff, Poor rooms..in all bad experience. There was bad smell coming from the room.

Hotel location is very good just 10 minutes from international airport, but the hotel is old and service is average. Rooms are renovated but carpets very dirty. Food also average and continental very limited.
