I am using this hotel for my business trip to Delhi for longtime . Gives me a feeling of home away from home . Very friendly staff . Just 1 minute walk from metro station . Very neat and clean rooms I recommend every economic travellers coming to Delhi to stay here .

Unable to figure out, why these hotels hesitate and create so much excuses for handing over the remote of airconditioner. This hotel has a very convenient location. In a good shopping area and just down the road from the Metro rail. Very accommodating staff at reception who went the extra mile to make sure I was helped. Also very friendly room service staff.

Who on earth has rated this as a 3* star hotel, god only knows? the rooms were very small. the only good thing about them is the running hot water & the location. Reached the hotel around 12.30 pm checked in and went to sleep, got up around 07.30 but found out that the adjacent hotel was being renovated so loud banding and breaking of the walls. Rooms was ok not so clean not so un clean also. Room service was just normal not great. Just satisfactory i would term this Hotel.

the hotel will be fantastic if the bathroom is upgraded and sorted out.the karol bagh area is very good for shopping and the hotels location is ideal for exploring the city.the staff are excellent and accommodating

This hotel is definitely one of the better three star hotels in Karol Bagh. Service is friendly. Rooms are clean. The beds are big and comfortable, we slept well. Heaters were provided.
