This is a lovely hotel! the rooms are amazing and we had a great view from the hill overlooking the beautiful scenery of Kandy. Staff were nice and friendly although a bit haphazard at breakfast time. No big deal really as it was busy. The pool is lovely with a nice view again. A lovely relaxing experience altogether.

Bottom Line: I do not fit the target demographic and the people in the restaurant made it amply clear -- very very disappointing. The horrendous experience was entirely avoidable. Pros: the swimming pool, the fitness center which was full of new equipments. Friendly staff and nice welcome. Cons: Not a lot. The hotel would deserve a small refreshment. The road to get there is a little bit difficult to manage. We had a chance to have rooms giving outstanding views on Kandy particularly impressive during a stormy night.

Really enjoyed our experience here. The beds are a bit stiff (we had a king, which actually happened to be 2 twin beds stuck together...complete with seperate sheets) The bathtubs all need to be replaced as they seemed run down. The bathrooms in general seemed to need a bit of work. Staff was really friendly, no complaints.
