Villa Rosa in Kandy is clearly an extaordinary peaceful place in the suburbs of Kandy. Its view to the river, the garden but also the personnel is a delight. At the same time you need to bare in mind that it is a 15 min Tuc Tuc ride to the city center - which you are ok with or not.... More
