“Nice cheap place to stay”

Very close to town, can walk. Can ask for breakfast. Really enjoyed. Cleaned washroom. We couldn't get a hotel the day we were in Kandy. A friend gave the # to the Lake bungalow. Thats the only way to book this place. They don't give locals. The owner is a very nice lady. I loved it. Will recomend to others More

If arriving by bus or rail you'll need a tuk tuk to get there, because lake Bungalow id about 1km from the bus or the railway station. In 2008 that's only a 250 rupee ride, or it was for three of us with baggage after negotiation! Lake Bungalow is well signed from the lakeside road, up a steepish road after... More
