Hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, food was amazing, staff very friendly (as are the chipmunks!). I am not a fan of all-inclusive beach holidays but I would do it again courtesy of the Mermaid Hotel.

The Mermiad Hotel has been reviewed many times so not o much detail here. What an amazing hote, the room, the restaraunt and food, and the staff are all excellent. Exceeded all expectations: airport transfers, varied buffets, abundant fruit, friendly hands-on hotel management, great beach - we swam every day in the wonderful Indian Ocean. Helpful & well informed local Mercury rep checks on everything and fixes excursions. Will return.
