We stayed at Neela's on our holiday in February 2012. We had room downstairs with the cold water and fan. Room was clean, people were nice and we enjoyed our staying in Hikkaduwa. Location is also exellent! We don't have anything bad to say about Neela's and would definately go again. Excellent choice! More
