I was really surprised how nice this place is. Basic room without A/C was really nice. Hardly any moskitos and it was really clean there. The staff and owner knows about good service. There was construction work for the enlargement so that might be little disturbing daytime. Construction should be finished in the beginning of next year and the prices... More

We went to Srilanka for 9 days trip. I hope you might have had a look on my friends comment on Ceylon lodge at Anuradhapura. The took-tuk (Auto walla) brought us to a hotel which is very famous. It was on 9 day backpacking tour, two of us visited Sri Lanka. Anuradhapura was the second destination. We boarded the local bus from Negombo to Anuradhapura, price-480 SLR for two. Reached Anuradhapura bus stand and took an auto - the driver took us to this property - Ceylan Lodge. Wow! is the only word which comes to your mind... More
