Swiss run Andino Club, 10 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, offers modern and comfortable rooms, the upper floors with a great overlooking the city and view into the snowcapped mountains, and a good restaurant oriented on Swiss and German dishes (e.g. "Sauerbraten").
