Not sure why this hotel comes under B&B's...it is a hotel. We stayed here just the night before our trip to Machu Picchu. I was somewhat concerned when I found out from our tour agent we was staying here! We could actually see the hotel from the train as we arrived! Lol I was given a front room facing the... More

We arrived, as all tourists do, by train and wandered a bit before we were able to locate our hotel. Because of the location right next to the train station, we expected to hear trains throughout the night, but train service halted before midnight and did not resume til around 6:00 am, so it wasn't too bad. The hotel is... More

Came with a group to this hotel and can honestly say it was one of the worst I've stayed at. Not only were they doing construction and hammering during the day, but also in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every little conversation in the hall. The train is right outside and... More

We stayed one night at this clean and basic hotel, which is on the street above and facing the railroad station. We were part of a group, and got a room with windows overlooking the station. (Others in the group got interior rooms without exterior windows.) It was fine except for the trains that came in or through beginning very... More

While the rooms are nice enough (clean and comfortable) they are a little strange and I would recommend looking elsewhere before settling on Inks Town. There are windows that look into the hallway out side the rooms (weird) and if you get the wrong room you may as well be IN the train station! We did not sleep well at... More

This hotel is a few minute walk drom downtown. It is on the railroad tracks so they supply ear plugs to sleep with. The rooms are nice & clean. The breakfast was good with lots of fresh fruit. The service was excellent. There was plenty of hot water.

Ended up at this hotel due to late booking with a travel agent - fortunately was just for one night. My room was small and dark. Upon arrival, I had asked about the noise in my room. Receptionist claimed the trains ran only until 9pm but we quickly realized that the train noise wasn't the issue, it was the discotheque... More

We were staying at Inka Town hotel just for one night, since we would go to Machu Picchu the next day. The receptionist at the lobby was friendly and spoke pretty good English. Our room was on the 4th floor, so we had a pretty fun walk up the stairs because there were no elevators. The room was a decent... More

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Machu Picchu. It was very close to the train station but it wasn't as noisy as others seemed to have commented. It was decorated nice when we arrived, kind of reminded of a cruise ship. The showers seemed to be renovated and it was very sheik and modern. The... More

We stood there 2 nights. My wife (34) and I (39) were traveling with our 19 months old daughter on the Cusco region on december 2011 and we had only 3 small backpacks when arrived to aguas calientes. We were assigned to this hotel by Camino del Sol travel agency on Peru in advance and thus far all hotels given... More
