Not bad for the location and price was reasonable. Arrived late at night on the train, and were met by hotel representative. He took us part way and said to keep going along the sidewalk just a short distance to hotel. Had to cross train tracks (not a problem) as we were on wrong side of sidewalk. receptionest was quite... Let's face it, you stay in Aguas Calientes for one reason: to visit Machu Picchu. There are many hotels that can give you a bed and some breakfast and store your bags. This is one of these hotels. We (a tour group) arrived around 1830 after taking the train from Ollantaytambo. We stepped off the train, turned right, and walked... More

This B&B was clean and the service was great just like nearly every place we stayed or visited in Peru, but you should be aware it is right on the train tracks so it is occasionally loud. The train doesn't run super late so it was not a problem for us. Big plus for us was the service offered to... More

I am really torn as to how to review this since it was probably the nicest place we stayed in during how trip. It seems like there were some GREAT things about this property, but also some BAD things. As some other reviewers stated, the picture currently showing on TA for this is NOT the right property. It is located... More

Stayed here with my family for 1 night and it was not that great. Positives: Good breakfast Close to the train and buses Big room Luggage storage Negatives: Right next to the train tracks and you get woken up at 4 am when they blow their whistle WiFi only in the lobby Breakfast only till 8 am Check out at... Hotel was perfectly acceptable for this town for which you are usually on a limited suitcase level due to the train restrictions. The service at the front desk was a bit spotty which is the reason for the 3 stars and the shower was terrible, but the room was clean and large enough -- the treat was being along the... More

I am writing this review a bit late, but we have been busy taking care of our souvenir that we brought home from Peru who is now 14 months old. ;) The hotel was clean and walkable from the train station. We got in late and were happy to have a nice room with a flat screen tv and shower... More

For the price and short time we were there, it was great. Easy to find and yes, it's right on the railroad tracks but so are a bunch of other stores and restaurants. It's not a problem but do ask for a room on the river side. You'll see the roaring Urabumba River out your balcony and hear the water... More

NOTE: the professional photo on this page at the time of writing is the WRONG HOTEL!!! Andina Luxury is not in the middle of some grassy field -- it is on an urban street bordering train tracks, right across from the train station. However, the other side of the hotel hangs cliff-like over the Urubamba River. Our room was a... More

This little hotel was perfect after the 4 day Inca Trail. We got a room with a jacuzzi, clean bed and great view to the Aguas Calientes' River. Breakfast was great and it is super close to the train station.
