Rooms adequate. 5th floor water pressure inadequate. Meals boring and uninteresting. Lousy pisco sours. Wouldn't go back.

We spent 2 nights here during our visit to Machu Picchu. The food was good, the shower had great pressure and the toiletries were fantastic. It was just what we needed after a day on Machu Picchu, and has a great view of the river.

Nice, apparently new facility. Excellent, friendly service. WiFi didn't work in room but in some locations in the hall. Food was good. Room was not very clean. Great food, good service, comfortable room, free Pisco Sour on arrival. The closest hotel to the trail if you are climbing up the mountain. On the Urubamba River. Also close to the buses. Of course, all of Aquas Calientes is within walking distance as well.
