Had an excellent stay here during a business trip, at a fair price. The rooms are a bit dated, but the whole hotel has a special charming atmosphere due to its layout and decoration. Very peaceful place. Service is excellent. Quality of food is impressive, especially the western dishes. Very surprising and unexpected level of quality. Do not miss the... More

After a gruelling drive through a thick fog, it was a very warm welcome that I received at Serena. I found the staff to be very well trained and they went out of the way to make me comfortable and at home. They guided me, helped me through emergencies and generaly supported. What more can one ask? The toom was... More

This is a very charming hotel. Small, with little facilities, but very cozy. It is like an old muslin castle or palace and is worth trying. I was at the executive floor (first floor). It has a few amenities but the room was spacious and nicely decorated with typical furniture and decors but tastefully chosen, unusual in the modern hotels.... More

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times. There is actually not any other quality hotel in this town. I have always found the hotel to be welcoming, clean and well kept. It's really just a place to stay, and not to be relied upon as a full service hotel. In fact it is more for business user's.... More

Was a guest in Faisalabad Serena on 24 April 2006, my first impression was very positive as the hotel lobby was set in impeccable country decor. It was absolutely charming. My room was on the Jasmine Floor (executive room) of Faisalabad Serena. The room was again in a Country Style with nice dark-wood furniture and old-style lightings. The window overlooks... More
