I have to admit that I was bracing for the worst when I came to this hotel. I thought it was great! My husband and I stayed for a week while we were visiting his family and we had a suite. Even though I thought the bathroom needed to be remodeled or at least fixing the cracked tiles, everything else... More

I have been travelling to Lagos for over 20 years and I have stayed in a number of hotels near the international airport. Let me assure all travellers that Stop-Over is still the best hotel in the area. Its the cleanest, most secure, most polite and professional staff, most convenient and best value for me. Stop Over Motel has the solution for the problem of identifying a real cab driver from a hustler or thief when you are "Johnny Just Come" (the expression that describes a person just arriving to Nigeria at the airport.)
