The Federal Palace has always been my top choice of places to stay in Lagos due to great facilities especially gym and pool. However the hotel is in need of refurbishment and there are several maintenance issues - air cons leaking, broken bathroom fittings and pool was very green. I hope management gets on top of these issues soon.
