Only stayed a night at Ait Benhaddou, we were on route Marrakech-Erg Chebbi. What a magical place! Great Pool, rooms were lovely and clean and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The terrace has a super view of Ait Benhaddou, is right in the centre of town and the staff were so friendly. Highly Recommended!! More

We decided to stay in Aït Benhaddou for two nights and had not booked anything in advance. We drove though the town (which is a two minute-drive because it is really small) and decided Riad Maktoub looked fabulous. We went in and asked the very friendly man in reception if he had a room for us. Yes, he did and... More

When we visited this Riad we were the only guests because it was low season, the staff is very friendly and when we arrived we got nice mint tea and a big room with a small sitting area and a spacious bathroom. The small swiming pool is very cold, but clean and nice after a walk at the kasbah in... More

Very well located if you want to visit Ait Ben Haddou, only 10 minutes to walk. The village is not special, everybody comes to visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou. Very nice building, this traditional hotel. Our room was not very clean and had a plastic carpet in the bathroom. But all other decorations and the style are great. The... More

The only way to appreciate Ait Benhaddou is at dusk or dawn so try to stay in one of the local hotels, like the Dar Mouna. The hotel has recently been improved with new rooms and a very attracive courtyard pool. For an improved experience try asking for a first floor room. Very friendly and helpful owner who can organise... More

Rooms set on two floors around a central pool. Comfortable, with air/con and en suite. Even a bath - but no hot water! Staff very friendly; food good, both in dining room and on rof terrace (with view of the Ksar). More

Oh dear, oh dear. We had tried to stay for the night in Le Kasbah Hotel but they never responded to our email. Instead, we found the Riad Maktoub's website and the pictures indicated a pleasant riad full of character. Instead, the place looked like a building site and I think there was an amount of renovation going on. However,... More

We were there the 8th March. We paid 50euros for a double room + dinner + breakfast. Really good value. Food was excellent and service was very good. We were the only guest that night but we really like it. Some of the employees (and some of their friends) were playing music in a room and they invited us to... More

The fortress at Ait Ben Haddou is a major tourist site and rightly so. Most people arrive on a day trp but its worth staying a night and seeing the place without the hordes. We found this Riad by chance but were very happy with it: lovely rooms, good value for money and excellent food. The owner, Hassoun Abdellah, was... More
