RESORT This resort is separately into 2 different wings: the east and the west. I noticed there were more foreigners at the west while there were more locals at the east. The receiption counter and the jetty is on the east. Thus, guests staying at the west will have to walk through the east everytime you coming out. It takes... More

We booked to stay in a more expensive room at D'Coconut Lagoon rather than a smaller room at Sari Pacifica and regretted it. In fact, we regretted going to the Island in the first place. On the face of it, this looks like a really nice place to stay. The people are REALLY friendly, the pool is nice, the furniture... More

We went there with our kids and another family. Here are some highlights of the worst service in a resort that charges close to KL 4 star hotel prices. No ice cubes, no cut chili (Malaysian staple), cafe not open in the afternoon, really the crapiest food ever, Asian and Western food is bland, an adult in our group had... More

we stayed here for 6 nigths, 6 adults and 6 children. We had 3 superior rooms at east wing. Very good hotel, the rooms were big and clean with a small balcony and sea views. The food at the restaurant can be improved but its fine. Tip: use de menu instead of the buffet, its better and cheapeast. The swimming... More

This is my second time coming back to this island for a holiday and will definitely plan for a third trip back here. One of the reasons why I love this place is because of the quietness of the resort. It gives you the feeling as if you were on your own private island without much interruption. Some may find... When we arrived the resort, we were not ushered/greeted by any hotel staff. We were only told by the boat driver which direction to go , as the hotel reception is located quite "unseen" from the outside. The sea outside the resort(East Wing) is not so clear. And the private beach is full of dead coral. My friends jumped into... More

Its just an average place to stay & not really that fantastic with the noise from big group. The buffet line is limited and the food is so-so. On 3rd day you will find the same food served as on the 1st day.. (and 4th day same as on 2nd day). Limited buffet loine, not that great. Should serve local... More

+ Wow! That was the only thing I could say once we arrived at the West-Wing in our Cabana. Our room was big, nice, airconditioned and most important: clean! The view was perfect, the surroundings idyllic: palmtrees, a white sandy beach and a blue ocean in front of you...and jungle in the back. A perfect getaway from the big city... More

A place to escape from hassle and busy city life style. I enjoyed the beach and the only noise was the weave sound outside. Nice hotel crews, especially Gobin. There are 3 resorts in the island, each has their own area, but D' coconut is the only one taking care of its beach. Actually, others are really dirty. More

The east wing of the resort is the "entrance" to the resort. The cushions for the deck chairs were dirty with brown spots on the east wing. At the west wing, the pool need to be cleaned. There were dried leaves in the pool. The reception in the resort is friendly especially the lady who welcome us into the resort.... More
