Before planning the trip, there is a special room that i would like to have and the staff was more than accommodating this requirement. They were super helpful and we had a great time when we were there the last time. Let's hope that it'll be even better!

Stayed for a night in the water chalet. The room was big, and the bathroom was even bigger. An outdoor shower on the verandah, you can literally hear and see the sea lapping under you. While visiting this hotel for a lunch, we encountered this property as tear down and lack of service.. When asking for a taxi, they simply refuse to call a company; the only option is the hotels limousine service, which turns out the local taxi company. They charge the double price and reception staff was very rude and also unprofessional.

No service at all. The property is not properly up kept. Simple mistake make at the reception. The manager on duty(ms noor) failed to reserved any of our complaint. All she could offer was un sincere apology and walked away from us leaving is unsatisfied with our nights stay
