I stayed here as part of a 13 night Safari in Kenya and Tanzania Staff The staff at the hotel, were very poilte and helpful. When I had a problem with shower heating, within five mins the had come to the room and solved the problem. The cleaners do work very hard to keep the rooms tidy. Food It was... More

We arrived at the second lodge of our 5 day safari the Nakuru Lake Lodge and Reserve. This was an absolutely wonderful lodge really beautiful with fantastic views and a lovely picturesque swimming pool and the food was excellent. We went for an afternoon game drive and saw our first big beasts which were incredible. The first thing we spotted... More

Lake Nakuru park is fantastic for bird viewing and the best locale to visit the park is to stay at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Fantastic views of the Lake. Situated right in the thick of the action inside the park. Food generally good although not spectacular. Rooms need some upgrade and service not top quality. But you cant beat the ambiance... More

We spent 2 nights at the lodge and took 4 game drives around Lake Nakuru. I found the food here good, although I thought the rooms were a little disappointing. The mosquito nets were not very effective, but fly spray was also provided (and we also had the necessary DEET anyway!). I dint sleep too well, but the bed felt... More

Dirty towels, faded and dirty looking toilet seats, old and worn out bed sheets. And to top it off, the room was full of fies and insects. There was an insect spray and to our dismay we found that to be empty. No phone in the room to call the reception. In the end, we spend the night in our... More

We stayed in room #117, which was a bit of a walk to the main lodge. The room was small and lacked character except for the large patio windows that provided us with a have a good view of the park. There was no way of controlling the temperature in the room and it got stuffy fast after taking showers.... More

We stayed her for 1 night. We had spent a few days at Masai Mara and had reached Lake Nakuru after a loooooooooong tiring drive, hoping to relax and rest well at the hotel. The hotel looked nice from outside but the reception was woefully outdated (infact it was straight out of 1990s). We were given rooms at the entrance... More

The resort looked nice upon arrival! We were taken to our room which I'm sure was the last room in the resort! To me the room did not have any character like there was in other lodges we stayed at! We didn't spend much time in room as it was so far from everything that we just ended up bringing... More

Our room (#107) was large, clean and had an amazing view of the park. We could see the Baboons, who were literally right outside our balcony. Room 107 is a bit far from the reception, when we got to our room, the porter noticed it wasn't open so had to go back to the reception for the key. We were... More

We arrived just before lunch and were given the farest room they had. It was a good sized room with french doors over looking the Park (and baboons immediately outside). The lodge had electricity and hot water all the time which was good. The bed was hard and had a claustophobic mosquito net arrangement over it.. The food was fine... More
