Pailin House is run by a lady by the name of Pailin. I've stayed here a couple of times now and the place has proven to be reliable and good value-for-money. It would probably have to be classified as a guesthouse, and prices have been around 400THB for a room in high season and 300THB in low season. They have... More

Yes, they do have hot water for showers! All the usual amenities. Pai's climate usually negates the need for an air-conditioner. Toilet in the bathroom. Wear thongs/flip-flops as the floor gets wet from the shower. View of rear of property from the riverside
