Most of the staff on reception couldn't speak English. We had booked the hotel in November, for a trip in April- and specifically requested twin beds. After travelling for 25hrs, we were told that they didn't have the room with twin beds available until the next night. The manager was extremely rude saying that there was nothing that they could... We were a bit worried about what to expect due to some of the other reviews we read on here. We love this beach and have stayed at the holiday inn before and our friends stayed at the Zeavola (which was fully booked during our stay otherwise we had planned to book there). However the Erawan palms was 1/3 of... More

we stayed 3 nights in this resort, during our stay we had the tsunami warning, the staff was unbelievably quick helping evacuating everyone to the hill tops, even bringing water, food and lights with them, in order to keep everyone as comfortable as possible. luckily nothing happened and after 2 hours we were able to return to our rooms. the... Arrived after staying at Relax Bay Resort (absolutely loved it). PP. Erawan is just a short trip away from Relax in terms of distance, but in terms of charm it is a completely different world. The resort is situated on long beach with Natuaral Resort in one end and Holiday Inn in the other end. PP: is close to Natural... More

Romantic location, great for honeymoon. Staffs are friendly. Room is average but good enough. We'd come back again

We booked this hotel after backpacking in Australia hoping for a nice place to be pampered. I had read some reviews onli e and was a bit worried but this soon disappeared. On arrival we were greeted with hot towels and a drink, we were shown to our room and our luggage arrived shortly afterwards. We had a superior room... More

Nice hotel, very friendly service, but our room (bathroom) was not very clean. We booked deluxe villa, our friend stayed in standard room and the bathroom was much nicer then ours.

The beach at the hotel has glass on it for a start, not ever experienced this in Thailand before. Other hotels swept the beachfront to clean away debris. The breakfast was not too bad but the restaurant itself is shabby. Dirty linen and plastic chairs and tables are not what you expect at this price bracket. The room was in... More

I stayed here for New Year's Eve, so probably paid over the odds for the hotel. However, the location is amazing. The beach is beautiful and was virtually empty while we were here. Longtail boats can take you to the main backpacker area quite easily, and the hotel staff were very good in organising our transport on NYE. There are... More

The price is right!!! Stayed here as my son was getting married next door at Zeovola Resort, just next door and while not as luxurious, the rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable the service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach pristine and the massages were great even though a little more expensive than in... More
