Good location, close to the party beach, so you shouldn't mind some noise at night. The restaurant is also good. Showers and toilets are all shared, but nice and clean. Nevertheless 800 Baht for a private room is somewhat too much for what you get. Just across the street are little bungalows with private bathroom for 700.
