Avoid this place at all cost! The rooms are dilapidated, and the staff takes off at night. That means that if you have a hostile drunk pounding on the service desk for THREE HOURS, there's nothing you can do. I guarantee that with all the noise from pub street down the alley you won't sleep a wink at this place.

Stayed here for 2 nights after having pre-booked it. What a mistake. Eaten alive by bed bugs on the first night. Bathroom was really mouldy. Only positive point is that it's in a good location. Staff are absolutely useless and care factor is non-existent. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!

I stayed here for two nights, and made a last minute booking. The room fit a double bed, right next to a massive window facing the hallway. We spent a really long time finding somewhere that was good value for money in Phi Phi and this place won out. Complete with air con and a TV with a multitude of channels, a safety deposit box and a brilliant location I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Really nice hotel room and very central. Expensive compared to other Guesthouses in the area though. Hot water, free WIFI, cable TV and a fridge. Room was spacious and had a big wardrobe.

Small room. Rock solid bed. Nothing in mini bar. Shower that has crazy water pressure on and off. Reception 100m away from a small door that goes up stairs to a small corridor with a few rooms..
