The "budget fan rooms" were really that - old bed with stained mattress; some lino flooring in the corner, but the rest just concrete & stained sheets. Rooms are old , everything is expensive , no where around to buy food, the city is far 45 minutes driving , taxi is expensive. Lobby close at 11 pm !
