We booked this hotel, one day only before to arrive as everything else was book so no choice but the pictures on their website were good so we felt confident. When we arrived, we liked the reception and really felt in a 4* hotel. We paid our rooms as usual in Thailande you pay at the check in. one room... More

My family and I stayed here 1-8 feb. 2012, and i did book this stay on agoda, with 53% discount, but not worth a penny. First of all where we arrived, our room was not ready yet, so we waited for more than an hour, even though the booking was made 3 month prior. Our villa was big and looked... More

Plus points: Room looks new, furnitures & linens in very good condition. Me & my husband was already feeling hungry, so we went to their pool bar to order some snacks. But when we looked at the menu, we got a lovely surprise as they do have thai & western food available, like a real cafe. The jacuzzi was fabulous!... More

This is the single most annoying hotel I've ever stayed at... Annoying cause some bits were amazing while others were utterly intolerable... To start with, I booked an airport transfer for 7 people through the hotel. They sent a van with 6 seats and no luggage space... The rear of the van was full of sub-woofers... So I had to... More

Hotel was ok. Probably under staffed, since the cleaning of the private pool and area outside the room never was cleaned. Breakfast was good!lunsj ok, Didnt try the dinner meny. The NeXT door restaurant Maladee is perfect for dinner! Hotel is a bit far away from beach and The center, bit its cheap to rent a motorbike.

This hotel was beautifully put together when originally built but unfortunately it has not been maintained and many of the the features are in need of repair... Our room had lovely features and was spacious but in need of a good clean and the spa bath was not working, light bulbs out, leaking fridge - apparently they don't have time... More

this is, unfortunately, a seemingly good-looking place with owners who don't understand the fundamental needs - let alone wants - of tourists. we booked and paid for two nights, and learnt upon check-in that there was no water but that it would come on in 2 hours. how can any place which claims to serve tourists have no water in... I read some bad reviews on this place and decided I would give it a go despite these as the resort looked so nice. Naive and stupid. On a positive note, the rooms are incredibly well appointed and the staff are helpful. But, at £70 a night, our 5 night stay was disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the... More

We made a booking online, got told everything was paid in full and double checked with owner. We stayed for the three days as already paid; however when leaving got told we didn't actually pay anything and they would call the police if we didn't pay. The beach is 100 M away but you need to pay a dive shop... More
