The hotel was great, the service was excellent, and the food was good but I didn't get any sleep while I was there due to either bats or geckos squeaking and scratching in the ceiling all night.

This home is so serene, beautiful and clean that I decided to extend my stay here. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast which is provided by the guesthouse is great too.

Beautiful traditional house in the quiet back streets of Ayutthaya and really close to the historic sites. The owners were lovely, and very helpful with information about the town and also recommended a great resturaunt on the river for dinner where we were the only Westeners, and it was the best meal we had while in Thailand. As soon as we arrived, the owners sat us down with a map and listed all the interesting...

This is a clean & tidy guesthouse, centrally located in Ayutthaya. The owners are most accomodating & friendly, but not intrusive. Breakfast is included in the price. Would certainly stay there again.

This is a great little property that will be growing in the future. It’s a wonderful place with lots of character including a mote that surrounds the property. I loved the stringy vines streaming across the reception area. I was glad to have switched to this place last minute.
Before booking, I was a little apprehensive by reading that the...
