I had a warm welcome when I reached the property.Rooms were cozy,reception staff kasthuri and restaurant crew especially the restaurant manager,sayed riaz,bala,vaishnavi were very helpful and pleasing in their behaviour.I had a very pleasant stay here. Cons- .a bit far away from the lake .the roadway to the property needs maintenance .the activities couldn't be done as close followup wasn't done from the front desk. Will surely recommend to my well-wishers!

Amazing stay at Great Trails. Was very pleased with the hospitality of all the staff there. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing and the food was delicious. The facilities there such as table tennis and zip lining keep you entertained. Definitely shouldn’t miss out on a stay at GRT Great Trails.

We are came here for business conference with my office colleague. We stayed in the timber chalets room. The rooms is so spacious and cleanliness is hats ap. The food is so yummy 😋😋. Amazing stay in great trails by grt hotels kodaikanal ., friendly staffs , just give a try … Good yummy foods and coffee Too nice. Especially breaks fast spreads to huge. We are came here for business trip along with my office colleagues. I stayed in timber chalets room. This room is made out from imported wood and they are maintained well. Room is so hygienic and cleanliness is perfect. Food is too good and so yummy. Staffs are doing fantastic job at reception, service & housekeeping team. The chef team also doing fantastic job at the yesterday dinner buffet. We enjoyed lots. I strongly recommend to all my family members. Thanks GRT Kodai team.

The property staff lead by Mr Arun right from the welcome reception,valet/buggy drivers, accomodation team, restaurant team, housekeeping team are really hospitable and know what they are doing. The property itself is located away from the crowded hustle bustle of the city center. It is surrounded by good views and chirping birds. We stayed in Wooden Charlet and would recommend you to opt this room category for the best experience. Food at whistlers cafe is good, we enjoyed the wide spread of breakfast and dinner. Chef takes immense pride in each and every food item’s quality Morning walk from the property was the best, we were escorted by Mr Arun who was very knowledgeable about the flora & fauna around the property.
